Sound therapy has been used for centuries in many cultures to facilitate deeper relaxation, meditation, and healing. The vibration of certain tones and frequencies can encourage the body and mind to let go of tension and disease, thereby allowing the natural state of health, strength, and vitality to be restored. Benefits include stress relief, reduced anxiety, improved sleep, lower blood pressure, increased blood flow increased focus, decreased pain, lower cholesterol, and decreased risk of heart disease and stroke.
