BollyX is a dance-fitness class inspired by the dynamic dance moves and vibrant music of Bollywood, India’s film industry. The class cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

Join us for this special event and get to know more about our newest program: Ping Pong Parkinson. Stop by to learn about PPP and its mission, get to know the players, have some refreshments, and of course, stay to play some table tennis!

Ping Pong Parkinson (PPP) is a table tennis sports organization whose mission is to create a global sports movement that is inclusive and supportive of people with a Parkinson’s diagnosis. Weekly sessions use table tennis as a form of physical therapy that helps participants improve movement and neuroplasticity. PPP offers the opportunity to play at either a recreational or higher level all the way through competing in the world championships.

Volunteers from the community are encouraged to join the program and serve as table tennis practice partners!

Now the whole family can have a night out to remember!

YOGA

Learn the “ins and outs” of Yoga postures. The practice of yoga improves our well-being, not just physically, but on all levels: physiologically, mentally, emotional and spiritually. Yoga is to be experienced. All are welcome to join.   

GENTLE YOGA

Vinyasa poses incorporate breathing and relaxation to increase flexibility, strength and balance to reduce stress.

HATHA YOGA

Experience the transformative power of moving mediation by practicing various yoga postures with a focus on creating awareness gaining strength and increasing flexibility. 

GENTLE HATHA YOGA

This form of Hatha Yoga practice involves breath, body, and mind, with poses not as strenuous as in a traditional yoga class.
