Becoming a member is easy! Click below to join online, or visit our Welcome Center to fill out the paperwork. At the Welcome Center, you can also take a tour of the facility, learn about our programs, and inquire about which membership would best fit your needs. We are also available at 201-444-5600 to answer any questions.

One Month Membership

All memberships except One Month include a one-time $99 joiner’s fee.
No refund on annual dues.

**Household includes up to two adults and any dependent children up to the age of 22, all residing in the same household. This includes full or part-time college students. Proof of residence and school schedule will be required.

Monthly drafts require a minimum three-month commitment and membership is ongoing until put on hold or canceled. 30 days’ notice is required for all changes.

Guest Passes

Guest Passes are $10 per person per visit. There is a maximum of three visits per calendar year. Please visit the Welcome Center to purchase. ID is required.

All individuals are eligible for a one-time free guest pass. This must be printed, filled, and brought into the Ridgewood Y to be used.

Nationwide YMCA Affiliation

The Ridgewood Y is a member of the Nationwide YMCA Program and accepts members from other branches across the country! Just check with your local branch to make sure you’re enrolled. We can’t wait to see you!

YOGA

Learn the “ins and outs” of Yoga postures. The practice of yoga improves our well-being, not just physically, but on all levels: physiologically, mentally, emotional and spiritually. Yoga is to be experienced. All are welcome to join.   

GENTLE YOGA

Vinyasa poses incorporate breathing and relaxation to increase flexibility, strength and balance to reduce stress.

HATHA YOGA

Experience the transformative power of moving mediation by practicing various yoga postures with a focus on creating awareness gaining strength and increasing flexibility. 

GENTLE HATHA YOGA

This form of Hatha Yoga practice involves breath, body, and mind, with poses not as strenuous as in a traditional yoga class.

Iyengar yoga begins with standing, sitting and lying down postures and later inversions and more vigorous backbends and breathing techniques. The Iyengar method emphasizes proper alignment and builds strength, flexibility and inner peace.
