Bolger Fitness Center
One of our three dedicated fitness spaces, Bolger Fitness Center is designed to support a wide range of workout styles and experience levels. The space features a full selection of cardio equipment, strength machines, dumbbells, and a functional training area equipped with exercise balls, resistance bands, and stretching/mobility tools. With flexible options for both higher-intensity workouts and more low-impact movement, it’s a welcoming, well-rounded space to help you stay active in a way that works for you.
STRENGTH + CONDITIONING GYM
Our strength + conditioning gym offers a space tailored for strength training at all levels. It includes a full range of plate-loaded and selectorized machines, along with squat rack, Smith machine, bench presses, cable systems, and a comprehensive set of dumbbells. Whether you’re following a structured routine or exploring heavier lifting, it’s a straightforward, well-equipped space to support your training.
BELAIR STUDIO
Belair Studio is a dedicated space for personal training and small group exercise classes.
Small group classes are included with membership and offer a more intimate setting with personalized instructor guidance and attention to form. With a range of class styles and intensity levels, it’s a great option for members who prefer a more personalized workout environment.

MEADS HALL
Meads Hall is our largest exercise studio and the main hub for group classes at the Y. Our weekly schedule includes over 50 offerings with everything from Zumba and circuit training to Tai Chi, and strength and cardio-based workouts—offering something for all levels, abilities, and fitness interests.
CYCLING STUDIO
Our Cycling Studio is home to high-energy, music-driven indoor cycling classes designed to challenge and energize. Riders can expect an immersive workout that builds endurance, strength, and motivation in a supportive group setting.
SIMPSON MIND + BODY STUDIO
The Simpson Mind + Body Studio is a calm, focused space dedicated to yoga, Pilates, and stretching classes. It features a padded, barefoot-friendly floor that creates a comfortable setting for mindful movement and body awareness. Designed to support flexibility, balance, and overall well-being, it offers a quieter environment to slow down and reconnect with movement and breath.
POOLS
Habernickel and Grannon Pools are the center of all things aquatic at the Ridgewood Y, offering space for lap swimming, Aqua Exercise, Aqua Zumba, family swim time, and both youth and masters swim teams. With daily open lap swim sessions, there are plenty of opportunities to get in the water no matter your schedule or goals.
Gymnasium
Our full-size gymnasium offers a flexible space for recreational play and drop-in sports. Members are welcome to use the court during open gym hours, or join one of our drop-in basketball or pickleball sessions. Whether you’re looking for a casual game or trying something new, it’s a great place to stay active and connect with others.
