COURSE BEGINS May 28TH
For all women ages 15+ who want to learn the basics of self defense techniques. Each class will start with approximately 15 minutes of stretching and warmup exercises, then 45 minutes to an hour of defense instruction.
*All students must signup/register at least 1 week prior to the course start date and must be in attendance for the first class, no students will be allowed to start the course after the first class since we utilize a progressive training method for the course. All students should wear workout attire (sweat pants, exercise shirt, athletic socks and footwear).
