  • Group fitness classes are included with all Y memberships
  • Members must be at least 16 years old to participate in our adult group fitness classes. Members between the ages of 12 and 16 may participate but must be accompanied by a legal guardian in the class.
  • No admittance into classes 10 min after start time. Instructors reserve the right to cap class and deny admittance once that number is reached.
  • Proper workout attire must be worn.
  • Schedule is subject to change, please check website or visit the Welcome Center for the most up to date schedule.
  • It is the policy of the Ridgewood YMCA to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any fitness cancellations. In the event that unforeseen circumstances cause the cancellation of a scheduled class in under 24 hours, the YMCA will do its best to inform all members as soon as possible. Please refer to the online schedule for the most current class information.
  • To ensure your spot in a class and receive important updates, signing up online is strongly recommended. Please click on the class schedule button below to reserve. Registration opens two weeks prior to class date.

YOUTH DANCE + SOCCER will NOT run on Saturday, May 24.
YOUTH SPANISH will run AS USUAL on Saturday, May 24.
WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE will NOT run Sunday, May 25.
FAMILY SWIM will NOT run on Saturday May 24.
