GROUP FITNESS

Our group fitness classes provide motivation, community, and a great workout

We offer classes for all ages, all levels, and all interests with dedicated instructors that inspire and engage. Try cardio, dance, weightlifting, cycling, aqua exercise, yoga, and more. With more than 50 classes weekly you’re bound to find what keeps you moving!

  • Group fitness classes are included with all Y memberships
  • Members aged 14+ may participate in any of our group exercise classes 
  • Classes marked with an (F) are family friendly and open to members aged 12+ including 7th Grade Initiative members
  • Class reservations are encouraged. To reserve your spot, click on the schedule button below

STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

Build strength, endurance, and flexibility in our strength and conditioning classes like Boot Camp. Plus try some of our special advanced level classes to get even more of a workout.

Find your center in our mind-body classes like Yoga and Barre. Exercises can be high intensity and low impact or calming and relaxing with a nice stretch, find the perfect class to meet your exercise needs.

Get fit in the pool! Participate in water workouts that will challenge your entire body. These are a great way to gain muscle conditioning and increase cardiovascular endurance without putting stress on the joints.
