Strength and Conditioning for Teen Athletes
Build strength, move better, and stay in the game!
Designed for middle and high school-aged athletes, this class focuses on developing total-body strength, proper form, and injury prevention to keep you performing at your best all season long. It’s ideal as supplemental training during the season, or a way to stay active and strong even if you’re not on a team.
Each session blends resistance training, core stability, and mobility work with conditioning drills to improve power, muscle endurance, and overall athletic performance. By the end, you’ll feel stronger, more resilient, and ready for whatever the game—or life—throws at you.
