Adaptive Fitness + Enrichment
Group fitness, enrichment, and functional skills for adults with autism
Through engaging weekly sessions, participants explore group athletics and enrichment activities designed to strengthen physical health, motor skills, teamwork, and communication. These experiences also nurture essential life skills, fostering greater confidence and independence.
With small class sizes and thoughtfully designed spaces, we create a safe, welcoming environment that minimizes distractions. Our certified instructors, experienced in adaptive programming, take the time to understand each participant’s unique needs—ensuring activities are inclusive, enjoyable, and tailored for success.
Aides are always welcome to attend at no cost and may participate as much or as little as they’d like. If no aide is present, ability to use the restroom independently is required.
