Our staff encourages curiosity and independence while laying the groundwork for a successful transition into traditional schooling. Your child will gain necessary educational skills, develop socially and emotionally, and feel a sense of belonging outside your home.

With rolling enrollment, scholarships for qualifying families, flexible half and full day options, plus on-site before and after care, our program can meet the needs of your family.

We offer a diverse curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for each classroom and age group. Lessons throughout each week include language, reading, writing development, social and emotional learning, music, STEM, art, math, science, social studies, sports, swim, and more!

Our facility is your child’s learning space. It includes large classrooms, an outdoor playground, gymnasium, and pool. Every family gains a household membership to the Ridgewood Y with your ongoing preschool enrollment! Our Y offers a variety of group exercise classes, updated equipment, and enrichment programming throughout the year. 

Introduce your child to a community they can grow with into adulthood. We weave our core values—respect, responsibility, caring, and honesty—into all our programming and believe in the power of the individual to change the world. The small pieces put into place at our preschool program will create a strong base for your child’s future successes!

We believe early childhood education should be accessible to everyone regardless of financial situation or socioeconomic status. Our Preschool for All program ensures that nobody is turned away because of inability to pay.
