Tiny Tot Soccer - 3 to 4 years
For kids ages 3-4 years, Tiny Tot Soccer teaches basic soccer
skills including dribbling, shooting, passing and trapping. A great
introduction to the game!

Sportacular - 3 to 5 years
Our new Sportactular class has it all! Each week, we will feature a
new sport including soccer, T-Ball, basketball and more. A great
introduction to youth sports! Classes 540 and 543 for ages 3-5.
class 542 for ages 7-10.

Little Samurai Karate - 4 to 5 years
For kids ages 4-5 years, Little Sarurai teaches karate and jujitsu
self-defense techniques. Children increase fitness and develop
self-confidence, esteem and discipline.

T-Ball 1 - 4 to 6 years
T-Ball I teaches kids ages 5-6 yrs the fundamentals of of the game
including throwing, catching, hitting and teamwork. Great fun!

Soccer 1 - 5 to 6 years
Soccer I teaches kids ages 5-6 yrs the fundamentals of the game
including dribbling, shooting, passing and trapping. Parents can
play too! (optional)

Basketball 1 - 5 to 8 years
Designed for 5-8 year olds, Basketball I teaches and advances the
skills needed to play the game. Kids participate in dribbling,
passing and shooting drills, and are introduced to team play.
Mini-games help participants to understand the organization of the
real game!

Youth Dance - 5 to 7 years
Get your dance shoes on! Our Youth Dance classes combine the latest
hip-hop and pop style dance moves to create fun and exciting dance
routines. Dance is a great way to have fun and stay fit while
learning new moves! Class 570 is for 5-7 year olds and class 571 is
for 8-11 year olds.

Tennis For Beginners - 6 years and up
Tennis for Beginners teaches kids ages 6 years and older the
fundamentals of forehand, backhand and serving. We provide the
racquets and each participant brings a can of balls.

Home School Gym - 6 to 12 years
Home School Gym is for kids ages 6-12 yrs and introduces physical
fitness concepts through physical education style games and
organized sports. The class will help to increases stamina, agility
and speed through the use of the agility ladder, scooters and
sports such as basketball, team handball, soccer and floor hockey.

Youth Karate - 6 to 12 years
Under the direction of instructor Glenn Faustini, World Martial
Arts Hall of Fame Inductee, children learn the martial arts of
karate and jujitsu and develop confidence, awareness, speed,
self-esteems and discipline.

Soccer 2 - 7 to 10 years
Soccer II is for 7-10 year olds and teaches soccer fundamentals
including dribbling, shooting, passing, and trapping. Parent's can
play too!

Ping Pong - 7 to 10 years
Our Ping Pong class teaches kids 7-10 years old the fundamentals of
this great game including basic skills and game rules.

Floor Hockey 1 - 7 to 10 years
This class is the perfect way to introduce your child to the
wonderful world of hockey! A safe and fun way for your beginning
hockey star to learn the skills of the game including puck and
stick handling, shooting, and passing. Class will also include team
play and games.

Basketball 2 - 9 years and up
This class is an advanced instructional program for 9 to 11+ year.
The class teaches and advances participants' skills in dribbling,
passing, shooting, defense and team play. Game situations and
pick-up games allow participants to work on and use these learned
skills in real game environments!

YFit - 10 to 16 years
For kids ages 10-16 years, this 8-week comprehensive program meets
twice a week and combines structured physical activities, weight
training and nutritional counseling to help improve overall health
and fitness. Includes private consultation and individual weight

Youth Fitness Training
Youth Fitness Training offers kids 10-16 years old specialized
one-on-one personal instruction designed to improve fitness and
sports performance. Tailored programs help maximize performance by
improving balance,coordination, speed and agility. Limited sessions
