Speed + Agility for Teens
Get quicker, sharper, and game-ready! Designed for middle and high school-aged athletes, this program focuses on developing the speed, agility, and explosiveness needed to perform at your best in any sport. Whether you’re preparing for the next sports season or looking to elevate your overall athleticism, this program offers a structured, low-pressure environment to train with purpose.
Led by Coach Sherry, a strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience working with athletes, each session incorporates dynamic drills using ladders, cones, hurdles, and other performance equipment to improve footwork, reaction time, coordination, and acceleration. Athletes will also build mobility and reinforce proper movement mechanics to reduce injury risk and move more efficiently on the field or court.
Participants will also receive a weekly strength and conditioning workout to complete independently. This optional training supports continued progress between sessions and helps create a well-rounded, consistent routine.
By the end of the program, athletes will feel faster, more confident, and physically prepared to step into their season ready to compete.
Coach Sherry is an NSCA-certified strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience working with athletes, from youth programs to elite women’s roller derby. A four-time roller derby world champion, she brings 15+ years of strength and agility training experience with a focus on performance, proper form, functional movement, and mobility.
