No Place Like This Place.

The Ridgewood YMCA is more than a gym. More than a summer camp. More than a community center. We are a place where people of every age, every ability, and every walk of life come together.

It’s a place where an infant takes their first swim, a camper discovers new strengths, a teenager finds their confidence, a family finds support, an elder neighbor realizes they’re not alone. These are singular moments, but they are anything but individual.

Because when you lift up one person, you lift up a family.
When you strengthen a family, you strengthen a neighborhood.
And when communities thrive, their strength carries outward, touching lives far beyond their own.

For almost 125 years, we have always been a place where people come together, find support, discover their strength, and become part of something bigger than themselves. And thanks to the generosity of people like you, it will continue to be that place for countless generations to come.

Because every child deserves a place to grow.
Every family deserves a place to turn.
Every neighbor deserves a place to belong.
Every community deserves a place that helps its people thrive.

There truly is No Place Like This Place.
