BIG ENOUGH TO BE FUN, BUT SMALL ENOUGH TO ENSURE RESULTS

Small Group Training combines a variety of unique training tools including a functional training system, a rower, slam balls, and TRX suspension training system to help everyone from beginners to elite athletes maximize their results. Diverse, progressive workouts keep sessions fresh and engaging while helping members improve every aspect of their fitness.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

MX4 small group training sessions are trainer-led 30 minute workouts of functional High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

This program is open to people of all fitness levels who want to improve their cardio, power, strength and endurance in a motivating environment that provides equal parts personal training and fitness class.

Since each session is limited to 8 participants, members can count on plenty of one-on-one time with a trainer who will help tailor the program and exercises to their ability levels and goals.

Classes are offered in four week sessions, two classes per week.

YOUTH SMALL GROUP TRAINING 

Coaches know that athletic development does not begin or end during the regular season. MX4 Small Group Training incorporates diverse movements that complement the skills developed on the court or field. Through engaging and challenging intervals, MX4 delivers superior fitness and muscular strength. Don’t miss the opportunity to develop transferable skills and add variety to your training!

These classes are for teens ages 12-18. 

Classes are offered at night and on the weekends.

Class maximum is 8 particiants. Pre-class sign ups are required due to class size limit. Must sign up at least 24 hours in advance. Sign ups are available in the Bolger Fitness Center.
