PERSONAL TRAINING

A 30 min or 1 hour session with a Personal Trainer gives you the attention, guidance and motivation you deserve! Whether it’s weight loss, building strength, injury rehabilitation or general wellness one of our certified personal trainers help you create goal-based programs to attain your goals.

Our team of certified personal trainers create goal based programs. Choose from Traditional, Aqua, Parkinson’s or Combo.

Our personal training sessions for people living with Parkinson’s disease focuses on cardio, strength, balance and coordination.

SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Semi-private training for 60 minutes. Train with a friend for twice the fun!

Doing your training with a friend can help you commit to improving your health and fitness thanks to encouragement and support from a partner.
