CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

BAREFOOT CARDIO

A mixture of dance and body weight movements all done to the beat of heavy dance music.

BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT

45 minute class using only your body weight. You will be challenged with explosive plyometrics, strength and endurance.

CARDIO BLAST

Cross train in a variety of aerobic formats and a mix of cardiovascular challenges.

CARDIO/WEIGHTS/CORE

20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weights and 20 minutes of core exercises to give you a full body workout.

CYCLE

A fast-paced workout on a stationary bike. You can climb, sprint and ride to incredible music in our brand new CYCLE STUDIO.

HIIT SQUAD

High Intensity Interval Training pushed to the max. Monday’s class involves functional and athletic training using the TRX, treadmill, bikes, kettlebells and more. Wednesday’s class mirrors a crossfit type workout.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Maximize your workout results within 60 minutes of impactful strength training. You’ll get stronger while improving movement when you combine traditional strength training with functional exercises.

TREADMILL TRAINING

45 minutes of drill and skills taught on a treadmill.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Strength work challenging your body with a variety of equipment. Classes may include hand weights, balls, steps, disks and bands.

SUNRISE WORKOUT

Combination of aerobics, strength training using weights, bars and step aerobics.  

XTREME STRENGTH

Take your conditioning to the next level. Using heavy weights to increase strength and muscular endurance, learn how to Clean & Press, Power Pull and Swing plus many other dynamic compound movements.
