We offer classes for all ages, all levels and all interests that provide motivation, support, friendship and a great workout. Try cardio, strength, water exercise, yoga, and more. Drop in to check out different classes to find what you like.
- Group Fitnes Classes are included with all YMCA Memberships.
- Members 14+ years of age may participate in any of our Group Exercise Classes.
- Classes marked with a (F) are family friendly and open to members 12 years+ including 7th Grade Initiative Members.
