GROUP EXERCISE IS ONE OF MANY WAYS THE Y HELPS SUPPORT MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR HEALTH AND WELLNESS GOALS.

We offer classes for all ages, all levels and all interests that provide motivation, support, friendship and a great workout. Try cardio, strength, water exercise, yoga, and more. Drop in to check out different classes to find what you like.

  • Group Fitnes Classes are included with all YMCA Memberships.
  • Members 14+ years of age may participate in any of our Group Exercise Classes. 
  • Classes marked with a (F) are family friendly and open to members 12 years+ including 7th Grade Initiative Members.

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE

Build strength, endurance, and flexibility in our strength and conditioning classes like Boot Camp. Plus try some of our special advanced level classes to get even more of a workout.

Find your center in our mind-body classes like Yoga and Barre. Exercises can be high intensity and low impact or calming and relaxing with a nice stretch, find the perfect class to meet your exercise needs.

WATER FITNESS CLASSES

Get fit in the pool! Participate in water workouts that will challenge your entire body. These are a great way to gain muscle conditioning and increase cardiovascular endurance without putting stress on the joints. As we continue to reopen, Aqua classes will return.
