Advanced Cycle

Not for the beginner cyclist!


This shallow water, music-driven, all cardio class doesn’t stop moving! Experience how “aqua physics” musical pacing, and varied movement and combinations can deliver your workout high of the week. New choreography is developed along with each class, aerobics fanatics rejoice! Participants are invited to bring their own webbed gloves to enhance their workout (optional).

Aqua Combo

Be prepared for a low impact, high intensity class while sculpting and toning those muscles as we move throughout the water and utilize the viscosity to assist us in doing exercises we may not otherwise be able to do on land. The first portion of the class will be aerobic in nature while the second half we will utilize assorted pieces of equipment to sculpt and tone and work on core muscles and balance.  Aqua gloves are recommended, but not absolutely necessary to take the class.

Aqua Barre

The extremely popular land workout is moving to the pool!  Learn to use aqua noodles, kickboards and the walls of the pool as a ballet barre, along with other equipment, in this muscle strengthening and toning class. Posture, flexibility, and exercise technique will be given careful attention to deliver results. You will look and feel marvelous!

Aqua Ex

Shallow and deep water exercises (flotation devices provided) that tone and improve range of motion, cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.

Aqua Toning

Enjoy a 15 to 20 minute shallow water, low- impact, core strengthening “water walk”, followed by shallow water exercises designed to tone, strengthen, and stretch the whole body. Posture, balance, range of motion will improve as well, all while working out to fun music!

Ball Stretch

Find out what an amazing piece of stretch equipment the Stability ball is as we sit, lie, bridge and balance on the ball! Join us for 45 minutes of assisted stretching utilizing the contours of the ball and its extreme versatility as you improve your flexibility, core strength and balance!


You don’t need to be a dancer to achieve the fabulous toning results of this innovative, barefoot body-sculpting class! Center-floor standing exercises are performed with small balls gliding disks, resistance bands and Pilates rings. 

Body Sculpt with Weights

This sculpting only class uses a wide variety of hand-held weights and resistance equipment as well as your natural body weight to build muscular strength and tone, boost bone health and metabolism. Improve your body and self-confidence!

Cardio Blast

Cross train in a variety of aerobic formats and a mix of cardiovascular challenges. Use it or lose it!

Chair Yoga 

Yoga positions are adapted through creative use of folding chairs, walls and other yoga props.  All poses and stretches are done standing and or sitting.  This class is suitable for all levels including seniors

Core Fusion Pilates

An invigorating class that combines traditional abdominal work, Pilates and developmental stretch to engage the whole core.

Core Mat Stretch

Innovative stretching and strengthening exercises plus traditional abdominal work. This class will help create a longer, leaner you!


High Intensity work out riding to a mix of interval speeds and quick sprints. A high calorie burning class!

Deep Water Aqua – Defying Gravity

Get ready to tone up and stress down, with this intense cardio, core, muscular training and flexibility workout. Enjoy a non-impact environment, exercising in deep water, stabilizing muscles of the trunk and core aggressively to maintain vertical alignment and proper body positioning. All levels of participants are welcome. Flotation devices are provided available however feel free to bring your own!

Deep Water Running

Learn to “run’ in the deep end of the pool with flotation belts while listening to a great weekly playlist of music. No swimming ability is necessary for this full hour of calorie burning cardio! Great for all ages and recovering athletes looking for a non-impact workout. Feel free to bring your own webbed glove (optional).

Delay the Disease

The “Delay the Disease” is a fitness program designed to empower people with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. 


An exhilarating workout that includes hearth healthy aerobics, strength training, balance and flexibility work. Designed for active seniors and beginning and/or rehabilitating exercisers.

Gentle Yoga

Vinyasa poses incorporate breathing and relaxation to increase flexibility, strength and balance to reduce stress.

H.I.I.T High Intensity Interval Training

A great way to burn calories and build strength. A variety of workouts to motivating music is sure to get you sweaty and feeling strong. Strength and cardiovascular.

Hatha Yoga

Experience the transformative power of moving mediation by practicing various yoga postures with a focus on creating awareness gaining strength and increasing flexibility.

Hi-Lo Cardio

A great mix of high-lo cardio moves set to today's music that will let you burn calories while having fun!

Insight Yoga

Strengthening and restorative yogic practice that incorporates mindful attention and energy techniques to enhance breathing, movement, flexibility, relaxation and emotional well-being.

Intro to Yoga

In this alignment based yoga class, students will practice standing and sitting poses, forward and backward extensions, twists and basic inversions including shoulder stand. Props are used so that anyone can benefit from the yoga postures. With regular practice, students will build strength, flexibility and wellbeing.  

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga begins with standing, sitting and lying down postures and later inversions and more vigorous backbends and breathing techniques. The Iyengar method emphasizes proper alignment and builds strength, flexibility and inner peace.

Kickboxing and Conditioning

Join us for an empowering kickboxing/weight training interval express class. Improve agility, speed and power in this multi-impact workout. No martial arts experience is necessary. Kick, punch and pump your way to a fit physique!

LaBlast® Dance Fitness

Inspired by TV’s Dancing with the Stars, LaBlast® Dance Fitness is an energizing dance fitness class blending the true skill of ballroom dance with the calorie blasting properties of interval fitness. Carefully curated music playlists from all eras and genres keep you engaged and entertained while learning the Tango, Rumba, Quickstep and more!

Living Strong, Living Well

A Strength and Fitness Program for Cancer Patients and Survivors. Our goal is to help patients build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability.

Move IT!

Aerobic conditioning for 45 minutes. This class will provide you with a variety of movements to improve cardiovascular benefits and burn calories while keeping your joints in mind with low impact.

Research conducted at the Cleveland Clinic showed a 35% reduction in PD symptoms by the simple act of pedaling a bicycle at a rapid pace, optimally 80-90 revolutions per minute. This research inspired the launching of Pedaling for Parkinson’s™ (PFP), an indoor cycling program geared specifically towards individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

A 45 minute express weight bearing body sculpting class designed to build muscle strength, endurance and bone health. Safe, intelligent and effective!

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an ancient art and science of health care and energy that incorporates the oldest group movements on the planet. Utilizing brain, body, breath, and balance, participants learn how to be in harmony with their mind, body and breath, to feel more invigorated, more energized and more balanced from this natural choreographic flow of wellness.

Restorative Yoga

This by far our gentlest yoga class and specifically designed for those who wish to find healing and recovery physically and emotionally, and to learn to release chronic tension and stress.  It includes: slow gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and restorative yoga poses and finishes with a period of guided seated meditation.


60 minutes of pure strength work challenging each muscle group of your body with a variety of equipment.  Classes may include, hand weights, bars, weighted and stability balls, steps, discs and bands.  

Strength Train Together

This class will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best!

STRONG by Zumba

Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes! Plyometric moves like high knees, burpees and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats and kickboxing. Music and moves change frequently to make sure you are challenged to the max!

Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT). Current research shows that HIIT training creates a high ‘after burn’ effect, where your body can continue to burn calories and metabolize fat long after your workout is over. Are you ready to ramp up your fitness level?

Tai Chi

Experience an ancient Chinese martial art with health benefits for body, mind and spirit. A meditation in motion that relieves stress, encourages relaxation and improves balance.

Tai Chi-Advanced

The advanced Tai Chi class will consist of students doing the complete Yang Style 37 form, 24 form and 13 form. They will also learn 2 Tai Chi Sword forms. We will also work on the complete Tai Chi 108 long form. In order to enter the class a student will have to show they have the ability to perform a complete Tai Chi form accurately.

T’ai Chi for Healthy Bones

This program is designed to introduce the benefits of T’ai Chi to people with Parkinson’s disease. It is perfect for assisting with circulation, balance, mobility, body awareness and coordination!
