Group Fitness

Members: Group Fitness classes are included with membership for full facility members  

Non-Member drop-in rate: $15 per daily guest pass, classes included (limited to 3 guest passes)                           

Members 14 years of age+ may participate in Group Exercise classes.  The schedule is subject to change. Classes marked with a (F) are family friendly and open to members 12 years+ including 7th Grade Initiative Members.

No registration required for Group EX classes.

CLASS Descriptions


Active Together
An innovative 60-minute workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total body strength and enhances movement health for daily life. Inspiring music and supportive coaching will insure you succeed with simple, athletic exercises.

Classical dance movements and positions drawn from yoga and pilates. Using equipment, in addition to the barre, such as resistance bands, gliding disk and exercise balls.

Cardio Blast
Cross train in a variety of aerobic formats and a mix of cardiovascular challenges.

A fast-paced workout on a stationary bike. You can climb, sprint and ride to incredible music

Hi-Lo Cardio
A great mix of high-lo cardio moves set to today’s music that will let you burn calories while having fun.

LaBlast® Fitness
LaBlast® Fitness is an energizing dance fitness class blending the true skill of ballroom dance with the calorie blasting properties of interval fitness.

Strength Train Together

Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance workout.  

Zumba Toning®
Zumba Toning has all the qualities of a tradtional Zumba class, but with the added benefit of sculpting and defining muscles. 
Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body

Zumba® for Kids
Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Ages 7-13.


Aqua Arthritis
Gentle exercises increase range of motion, relieve joint stress and relax muscles. Instructors are specifically trained to assist arthritic individuals and follow Arthritis Foundations criteria.

This shallow water, music-driven, all cardio class doesn’t stop moving. Experience how “aqua physics” musical pacing, varied movement and combinations can deliver your workout high of the week.  

Aqua Combo
Be prepared for a low impact, high intensity class while sculpting and toning throughout the water.  

Aqua Ex
Shallow and deep water exercises that tone and improve range of motion, cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.  

Aqua Therapy
Aqua Therapy is for adults with orthopedic and/or neurological conditions, as well as for those wishing to continue supervised exercises following the conclusion of physical therapy.  

Aqua Toning 
Enjoy a shallow water, low-impact, core strengthening “water walk”, followed by shallow water exercises designed to tone, strengthen and stretch the whole body.  

Aqua Zumba
Enjoy Zumba on land? Try your favorite dance workout in the water!  

Deep Water Aqua  
Get ready to tone up and stress down, with this intense cardio, core, muscular training and flexibility workout. Enjoy a non-impact environment, exercising in deep water, stabilizing muscles of the core to maintain vertical alignment and proper body positioning.

Deep Water Running 
Learn to “run’ in the deep end of the pool with flotation belts while listening to a great weekly playlist of music. No swimming ability is necessary for this calorie burning cardio. Great for all ages and recovering athletes looking for a low-impact workout.  


Core Fusion Pilates
An invigorating class that combines traditional abdominal work, Pilates and developmental stretch to engage the whole core.  

Foam Roller Stretch
Reduce stress and tension from your tissues in this recovery class combining  foam rolling and stretching. Learn self-myofascial techniques to improve mobility, flexibility, alignment and movement efficiency.  

Flow Stretch
A combined class of alternating dynamic (flowing) and static (held) stretching.  

Gentle Yoga
Vinyasa poses incorporate breathing and relaxation to increase flexibility, strength and balance to reduce stress.

Hatha Yoga
Experience the transformative power of moving mediation by practicing various yoga postures with a focus on creating awareness gaining strength and increasing flexibility.  

Insight Yoga
Strengthening and restorative yogic practice that incorporates mindful attention and energy techniques to enhance breathing, movement, flexibility, relaxation and emotional well-being.  

Intro to Iyengar
Intro Iyengar introduces beginner poses that are easy and effective. Students will practice standing and sitting poses, forward and backward extensions, twists and basic inversions including shoulder stand.  

Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar yoga begins with standing, sitting and lying down postures and later inversions and more vigorous backbends and breathing techniques. The Iyengar method emphasizes proper alignment and builds strength, flexibility and inner peace.  

Meditation/Restorative Yoga
This is our gentlest yoga class. Designed for those who wish to find healing, recovery physically and emotionally, and to learn to release chronic tension and stress.  

The perfect ending to a long day! Learn simple, safe and easy exercises to lengthen and limber the whole body.  

Tai Chi
Experience an ancient Chinese martial art with health benefits for body, mind and spirit. A meditation in motion that relieves stress, encourages relaxation and improves balance.  

Learn the “ins and outs” of Yoga postures with Lorraine, who is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. The practice of yoga improves our well-being, not just physically, but on all levels: physiologically, mentally, emotional and spiritually. Yoga is to be experienced. All are welcome to join.  

Yoga for Vets
Moving with intention, breath and acceptance, we will explore basic poses to strengthen and balance the body, therapeutic poses to restore the body and guided deep relaxation and breathing techniques to calm the body, mind and reduce stress.


Chair Yoga
Yoga positions are adapted through creative use of folding chairs, walls and other yoga props. All poses and stretches are done standing or sitting. Suitable for all fitness levels.

An exhilarating workout that includes heart healthy aerobics, strength training, balance and flexibility work.

Zumba® Gold Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
