Triangle/BFC Members: Group Fitness classes are included with membership for Triangle and BFC members.   

Program/Swim Members: $160 for the 8 week Fall session  

Member Drop-in rate: $20 per class (limited to 3 classes)

Fall Session begins September 10 through November 3 for Group Fitness Classes                                 

Members 16 years of age+ may participate in Group Exercise classes.  The schedule is subject to change. Class marked with a (F) are family friendly and open to members 12 years+ including 7th Grade Initiative Members.

No registration required for Group EX classes.

Qi Gong-NEW

Qi Gong is an ancient art and science of health care and energy that incorporates the oldest group movements on the planet. Utilizing brain, body, breath, and balance, participants experience timeless exercises like the Silk Brocade, Ba Duan Jin and the Dragon. Qi Gong exercises can be done in any order, any time of the day, without equipment. Participants learn how to be in harmony with their mind, body and breath, to feel more invigorated, more energized and more balanced from this natural choreographic flow of wellness.

Chair Yoga - NEW

Class will focus on yoga postures done with the support of a chair to create a in a creative strength building and flexibility-promoting workout that improves functional movement, range of motion and joint flexibility. The program has far reaching positive effects that releases tension and quiets your mind with mindful attention to self-awareness.

PiYo - NEW

Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. This fat-burning, low-impact workout will leave you looking lean, long and incredibly defined!

Strength Train Together - NEW

This class will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Zumba® for Kids - NEW (Ages 9 to 13 years old)

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun.

Tai Chi

Experience an ancient Chinese martial art with health benefits for body, mind and spirit. A meditation in motion that relieves stress, encourages relaxation and improves balance.

Advanced Tai Chi

The advanced class will consist of students doing the complete Yang Style 37 form, 24 form and 13 form. They will also learn two Tai Chi Sword forms. We will also work on the complete Tai Chi 108 long form. In order to enter this advanced class, a student will need to demonstrate they have the ability to perform a complete Tai Chi form accurately.

Cardio Dance Fusion

Energetic mix of body toning exercises and cardio dance styles to a variety of Latin, rock & roll, country and pop music.

Body Fit

Total body toning for abs, thighs, buttocks and upper body, improving bone density, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Aqua Ex

Shallow and deep water exercises (flotation devices provided) that tone and improve range of motion, cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.

Aqua Tabata

A high-intensity interval exercise class that alternates 20 seconds of high intensity followed by 10 seconds of less intense recovery for 8 intervals.The science behind the workout supports metabolism increase of 17 percent over a 24hr.period A sustainable energetic workout this is a class for the conditioned participant. Deep and shallow water combination.
