T'ai Chi for Parkinson's now offered at the Ridgewood Y.
This program is designed to introduce the benefits of T'ai Chi to people with Parkinson's disease. It is perfect for assisting with circulation, balance, mobility, body awareness and coordination! The goal is to motivate participants to develop a habit of consistent exercise routines best suited to their individual needs. Each class includes exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. Classes offered on Fridays at 11:15am. Learn more and register
