The Ridgewood YMCA is proud to be an essential part of the community for families in the more than 40 towns we serve. Since 1902, we have helped our members learn to swim, experience the magic of summer camp, and develop their fitness.

But our dedication to the community is rooted much deeper than just physical activity.

We are THE center of and for our community. Our programs are a daily source of support for neighbors living with chronic disease, families facing food insecurity, and children experiencing grief. Our seventh-grade initiative instills young teens with lifelong healthy habits, a scholarship program assures preschool, summer camp, and membership are accessible for all, and our monthly blood drive remains a consistent lifeline for our neighbors.
