Youth Sports

The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. And the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining confidence or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Youth Personal Training
 
10-17 years
Youth Fitness Training offers specialized one-on-one personal instruction designed to improve fitness and sports performance through improved balance, coordination, speed and agility.

Sessions available by appointment after school and weekends. $60 per hour or $285 for a package of 5.  Program Membership required.

Private and semi-private sports lessons
Schedule 4 one hour private or semi-private lessons to work on specific sports skills, drills and conditioning.
