FREE Yoga For Veterans
Tuesdays from 6:15-7:15pm.
In this class, we will explore basic poses to strengthen and balance the body, therapeutic poses to restore the body, guided deep relaxation and visualization techniques to manage injuries and trauma, breathing techniques to calm and invigorate the body, manage mood, improve sleep patterns, reduce stress, and meditation to focus and discipline the mind.
No previous experience with yoga is necessary. Modifications of poses are taught for any participants with specific physical challenges.
