Mindfulness for Daily Living

Mindfulness is intentionally paying attention to the present moment with acceptance. The practice of mindfulness enhances emotional intelligence, and helps us to respond calmly to whatever life presents us with, rather than reacting. In this 8 week program, we will learn simple techniques for bringing mindfulness into everyday life.

Fee: $65 per session. No membership required. Newcomers welcome!
