Intro to Strength Training Equipment

Are you ready to began strength training but feeling unsure about the various machines and how they work? This class is for you!  We'll help you achieve your fitness goals in this small group strength training class as certified trainers teach you safe and effective use of all our machines.

YMCA Traniers are staffed on the floor to answer questions and give new member orientation for the strength and conditioning equipment.

Monday:   9:00 - 11:00am

Thursday: 5:00 - 7:00pm

Saturday: 11:00am - 1:00pm
