Taught by certified instructors, each class offers a comprehensive approach that incorporates fitness, education, fellowship and motivation.Choose from 30+ fitness classes in the Fitness Workout Series. YMCA's Fitness Workout Series focuses on mind-body & light exercise, aerobics, toning and classes for Seniors.
