Classes accommodate all ages and levels so that everyone can achieve their fitness goals. Taught by certified instructors, each class offers a comprehensive approach that incorporates fitness, education, fellowship and motivation.

Choose from 25 fitness classes in the Fitness Workout Series. YMCA's Fitness Workout Series focuses on mind-body & light exercise, aerobics, toning and classes for Seniors. Participants can choose specific classes from a flexible schedule of morning and evening classes Monday - Saturday.
