Choice of 10 Classes Per Week! Get in the water and experience a great aerobic workout! Ai Chi, Aquacise, AquaFit and Waterworks/Aquajogging are aquatic exercise classes to help you get fit. All classes include Water Pilates exercises for strength & flexibility & improved posture & body awareness. Water exercise is beneficial & recommended for people with joint replacements & chronic conditions such as arthritis, M.S., fibromyalgia & back problems. No swim necessary.
