AEROBICS & EXERCISE : Ys SHAPE UP

One Fee - All Classes Included - 8 Weeks

Classes accommodate all ages and levels so that everyone can achieve their fitness goals. Taught by certified instructors, each class offers a comprehensive approach that incorporates fitness, education, fellowship and motivation.

Choose from 30 fitness classes in the Y's Shape Up Program.  Y's Shape up focuses on mind-body & light exercise, aerobics, toning and classes for Seniors.  Participants can choose specific classes from a flexible schedule of morning and evening classes Monday - Saturday.

• $55 for Triangle/BFC Members
• $85 for Program/Swim Members
• Drop-in Rate of $10 per class for all YMCA Members.
• Ages 13 & Up

AQUA WORKOUT

Choice of 10 Classes Per Week!
Get in the water and experience a great aerobic workout!  Ai Chi, Aquacise, AquaFit and Waterworks/Aquajogging are aquatic exercise classes to help you get fit. 

All classes include Water Pilates exercises for strength & flexibility & improved posture & body awareness. Water exercise is beneficial & recommended for people with joint replacements & chronic conditions such as arthritis, M.S., fibromyalgia & back problems. No swim necessary.

Aqua Workout Free Fitness Features:
• Open Water Workout Times: Monday-Friday, 2:30-3:30pm.

• 1x Per Week: Triangle/BFC $40; Program/Swim $55
• 2x Per Week: Triangle/BFC $65; Program/Swim $90
• 3+x Per Week: Triangle/BFC $95; Program/Swim $135
