Joy Cardio Dance Fusion
Dance your way to fitness! Energetic mix of dance styles to a variety of music-Latin, rock & roll, country & pop for cardio fitness. Every class includes body toning exercises.

Meditation
Balance your life by removing the stress and connecting with your body, mind and spirit through meditation.  Meditation will leave you with a genuine feeling of calm and a sense of contentment. Come join our meditation group and find your inner peace.

P90x
You’ve seen this on TV, now experience P90X live at the Y! Power through a variety of full body strength training, cardio drills and core work as a team to break through your plateaus.

Pilates  
Pilates mat exercises include proper breathing and body positioning to improve core strength and stability while creating longer and leaner muscles.

Small Circuit Workout
This demanding and motivating boot camp style circuit workout uses fitness drills and a variety of circuits including weights, kettlebells, body bars, steps and jump ropes and heavy ropes to challenge you to get and stay in shape.

Wake Up Workout
Rev up your day with this early morning variety of workouts.

Basic Yoga
Incorporates a variety of sitting and standing yoga postures combined with breath awareness and relaxation.

Hatha Yoga
Experience the transformative power of moving mediation by practicing various yoga postures with a focus on creating awareness gaining strength and increasing flexibility.  

Gentle Yoga
Vinyasa poses incorporate breathing and relaxation to increase flexibility, strength and balance to reduce stress.

Insight Yoga
Strengthening and restorative yogic practice that incorporates mindful attention and energy techniques to enhance breathing, ease of movement, flexibility, relaxation and emotional well-being.

Stretch and Tone NEW!
Wake up your body with this invigorating workout and increase flexibility and range of motion, decrease risk of injury and improve athletic performance.

ZUMBA
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

AQUA CLASSES

Aquacise
Vigorous, low impact shallow water aerobic workout that improves cardiovascular fitness combined with exercises that increase strength, flexibility and balance.

AquaFIT
Shallow and deep water exercises (flotation devices provided) that tone and improve range of motion, cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.

Aqua Jogging / Waterworks
Aquajogging is deep water, no impact running (flotation devices provided) and improves cardiovascular fitness. Waterworks is shallow water exercise that improves strength, flexibilty and balance.
