STRENGTH TRAINING FACILITY |
 |
Strength training is a vital component of everyone’s fitness and provides important health benefits for men, women, teens and seniors. Weight training increases strength and bone density, combats osteoporosis, protects joints, controls weight, increases HDL (good cholesterol), reduces body fat and builds confidence and self esteem. Strength Training Facility is not continuously supervised. Members exercise at their own risk. Ages 13yrs and up. Co-Ed.

| Individual appointment with a certified trainer for set-up of your personal strength training program. Free for Triangle Members (except one month) For all other members a $45 fee is charged. The YMCA Strength Training Facility is not continuously supervised. Members excercise at their own risk and should always exercise safely.

MASSAGE |
 |
Massage is a valuable addition to a regular fitness routine and helps reduce stress, aids in relaxation, interrupts chronic tension, and may relieve pain. Sports massage can help any athlete’s training. |

PARKING |
 |
Private parking is available only while using the Y’s facilities (State Statute 39:4-56.6). |

SHOWERING |
 |
Showering is required by state law before entering pools or whirlpool. |
 |
SWIM INSTRUCTION |
 |
Swim instruction and coaching are not permitted during open swim periods. |
 |
VALUABLES |
 |
Valuables may be secured in the mini-check lockers on the second floor. The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. |

WHIRLPOOL |
 |
The whirlpool, in the Habernickel Pool area, is open during operating hours for use by members and guests age 18 or older. Note: Whirlpool water temperature may be cooler after the cleaning and refilling process. Adult. Co-Ed. |
