PRISM:

Prism is a free and confidential support group for parents whose children are enrolled in the YMCA Rainbows program. The purpose is for these parents to understand and process their own grief, become more attuned to their children’s grief, and recreate family again.

Adults. Men & Women

Program Fees:
No fees for this program.

Volunteers Needed:
Rainbows provides weekly peer support groups (not therapy or counceling) for children who are grieving a death, divorce or painful transition in their family. Become a Rainbows volunteeer and help children acheive the health resoultion of the grieving process in an atmosphere of safety, confidentiality and caring.
