Plan your upcoming event with the YMCA Camp Bernie Group and Family Camping program. YMCA Camp Bernie offers year round lodging, activities and catering for retreats, conferences, reunions and other group events.Camp Bernie has three cabins and three lodges. Turrell and Lenape lodges and our newly built Jaqua Lodge feature both meeting rooms and sleeping accommodations. The cabins are fully winterized with modern conveniences and have informal gathering spaces with fireplaces. Camp Bernie offers a variety of programmed activities on the weekends such as team building, high/low ropes, climbing tower, arts & crafts, horseback riding, and canoeing just to name a few. Camp Bernie's dining hall serves three generous and delicious home-style meals and an evening snack everyday. Menus are varied and can be tailored to your meal requirements. Outdoor Education
Last year over 9,000 students learned about the environment, their classmates and themselves. Camp Bernie offers a wide selection of programs in environmental sciences, confidence building, teamwork and history, led by skilled outdoor naturalists. Camp Bernie YMCA
This summer, send your children to the ACA accredited summer camp just 75 minutes from Bergen County that teaches the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
