The Breakers Swim Team
Welcome to the Ridgewood YMCA Swim Team Breakers Swim Team web site. The Breakers are a year round age group and senior competitive swimming program that encompasses all levels from developmental to national. We offer instruction, training, and competition to young people of all abilities from ages 6 through high school. Swimmers learn to improve their skills and learn the value of teamwork and sportsmanship.

The Ridgewood YMCA competitive swim program emcompasses all ability levels from developmental to national.

Advanced Swim Training
Coaches work with swimmers to refine competitive swimming strokes, starts & turns. Practices are designed to prepare swimmers to improve their swimming skills and can lead to participation on the Breakers Swim Team. Enrollment is limited. Monday & Wednesday - 7:45-8:30pm
Saturday through 5 Novemberber 1:30-2:30 PM, then 3-3:45 PM
