If you want to build muscle, lose weight, improve your overall health—or do all of the above—working with a personal trainer is a move in the right direction. Our certified trainers will provide a professional assessment of your current fitness level and help you set up a program to meet your goals. They will teach you new techniques to improve the way to exercise and to avoid hitting that “plateau phase.” They will also offer ways to help track your progress. Working with a trainer also gives you a reason to show up for your workouts so you have no excuses.

Full BFC members:

30-Minute Training Session
Full BFC members:
$35/half-hour session $165/5 half-hour sessions $300/10 half-hour sessions
All other YM/YW/BFC members
$40/half-hour session $185/5 half-hour sessions $350/10 half-hour sessions
Group Training (2-3 people)
60 –Minute Training Session
Full BFC members:
$75/1--hour session $360/5 1-hour sessions $700/10 1-hour sessions
All other YM/YW/BFC members
$80/1-hour session $385/5 1-hour sessions $750/10 1-hour sessions
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Clients are responsible for payment in full if we do not receive required notice.
Personal Trainings packages under 10 sessions expire in 6 months from date of purchase.
Personal Training packages of 10+ sessions expire 1 year from date of purchase
Child Watch
Child care is available for children ages 2 months to 6 years while working out at the BFC.
Monday through Friday 9 am to 12 pm
