GET IN THE WATER AND EXPERIENCE A GREAT AEROBIC WORKOUT!

All classes include Water Pilates exercises for strength & flexibility & improved posture & body awareness. Water exercise is beneficial & recommended for people with joint replacements & chronic conditions such as arthritis, M.S., fibromyalgia & back problems.

No swim experience is necessary. Aqua Workout Series includes open water workout times; Monday thru Friday from 2:30-3:30pm. All water exercise makeups must be done in the 8-week session. Bring a towel or robe, water shoes recommended. This course is for ages 13 & up.
