GET IN THE WATER AND EXPERIENCE A GREAT AEROBIC WORKOUT!

All classes include Water Pilates exercises for strength & flexibility & improved posture & body awareness. Water exercise is beneficial & recommended for people with joint replacements & chronic conditions such as arthritis, M.S., fibromyalgia & back problems.

No swim experience is necessary. All water exercise must be done in the current session. Bring a towel or robe, water shoes recommended. This course is for ages 13 & up.

Aquacise
Vigorous, low impact shallow water aerobic workout that improves cardiovascular fitness combined with exercises that increase strength, flexibility and balance.
